Profile: Dennis worked in the Stratford City PD Weapons Lab. He wasn't the professional-looking person on the force, but he at least does his job well... When he was working, that is. Sadly, Dennis met his end after a rather bloody showdown with the Crimson Gestalt's leading vixen, Rouge! Special Skills: Dennis is the all-around gadget guy. He can take electronic gizmos apart and put them back together without much difficulty. Of course, he had the Electro-Magnetic Amplifier taken apart and spread across the table several times before Michelle and Parker ever showed up at the Police Station. Unfortunately, Dennis was fatally wounded during a stand-off with Rouge at the police station.
