POWAH AHP!
Here's an old April Fools Day gag. This was originally produced during the first run of Dasien, and it's the only time in the archive that you get a glimpse of what old Dasien comics were like. They were flat and gaudy.
I've always wanted to spoof anime, so I unloaded every anime cliche I could think of into one comic, and I even stole a few jokes from my idol, Adam Warren. There are a lot of good anime gags in this one, but I think I could have done a little better. I pick up the slack later with the Parker's Day Off comic in Drunkduck Vol. 3, where I introduce the character Palody.
There are anime jokes all throughout Dasien, as well. It's all out of love, though.
